It's Working
Ian - Block Pulls
One of my favorite things is walking into the gym and not having any heavy plates available because they are all being used. That's how you know it's working.
Workout of the Day
Strength -
Pause Back Squat 75% x 3 x 5
Bulgarian Split Squats 3 x 10
Conditioning -
3 Resisted Run + 10 Strict Pull Ups + 10 Russian Swings
2 Resisted Run + 10 Strict Pull Ups + 10 Russian Swings
1 Resisted Run + 10 Strict Pull Ups + 10 Russian Swings
