Wrist Wraps

Kyle - Snatch PullI know many of you have been talking about getting wrist wraps and Elite FTS launched a big sale today with up to 40% off wraps.  Check them out HERE.  Wrist wraps are a great way of adding support especially for movements such as Overhead Squats, Snatch Push Press, Heavy Presses and Heavy Bench which put a lot of strain on the wrist.

Workout of the Day

Strength -

Halting Snatch Deadlift + Hang Snatch

*1 on the minute for 15 minutes

Front Squat 7 x 3 (add weight to last week)

Conditioning -

AMRAP 10 min

10 Barbell Lunges

100 m Farmers Walk

10 Supine Ring Pull Ups
