Saturday Conditioning:

20 OH Plate Lunges
then

10 Sledge Hammer Strikes R

100m Heavy Farmers Carry
7 High Box Jumps
then
20 Strict Pull Ups
*If finished before 15 min is up begin at the top of the workout again.
Finish with Trunk Circuit:

30 Sec Plate Sit Ups
30 Sec Russian Twist
30 Sec Side Bends
1 Min Plank
1 Min Superman
