Learning Styles

Justin- Weighted Dips

Did anything ever finaly click for you and suddenly you and realized it was what your coach was trying to tell you the whole time?  Well when it comes to acquiring new skills there are three main styles of learning: Visual, Verbal, and Kinesthetic (physical contact).  Sometimes that certain thing finaly clicks when your style is covered.  It's also not unusual to use different learning styles for different tasks. 

When it comes to your training, what type of learning style works best for you?

Workout of The Day

Strength- Close Grip Bench 5x2

Weighted Dips 3x5

Conditioning-

5 Rounds

200m Run

20 Mtn Climbers

30m Bear Crawl

Finish with HLR 3x10, Weighted Back ext 3x12
