My favorite part of going to buy the 120lb dumbbells? The salesman says "you can do curls with 120's?", as if that is the only thing you can use DBs for. Of course my answer was a confident "yes".
Dumbells suck my will to live. Is there any workout a person can do will Dumbells that isn't really hard - except curls? [facepalm]. This probably means that I should be doing more dumbell work, doesn't it?
