Better is Better
Melissa
"More isn't better. Better is better." It's a saying that Santa Cruz Strength has promoted since the beginning. And we couldn't be happier to see all of our athletes right on board with it. It's not always about a clock or performing the craziest thing you can think of, but about training smart. We are thrilled to have a gym full of people who appreciate and understand progression, focus on proper technique, understand the importance of and attack mobility/flexibility issues, and work hard to get stronger and better each day. As a result we see minimal injuries, big weights go up, and confidence soar. Keep training hard and getting yoked ya'll!

Once I get glasses and my vision will be better, my vision will not be more. Better is Better. This has nothing to do with training but I need supplements...I Fat. Fatter is not better
Hi everyone
Melissa - kicking ass on the airdyne!
Can't wait for the max week to really see that better is better!
hey brad
Me too Jeromy! And we ARE maxing next week! For reals:)
Riding hard on aerodyne, and Melissa is always up to a challenge.
There is a great Curb Your Enthusiasm episode where Larry David is arguing with an acupuncturist about "better is better". I can't find any clips on YouTube.
Want to give a shout to Cheyanne in helping my mobility with her incredible work.

Best gym in town.
