Strength & Conditioning began their max out week today and the PR's have already started rolling in. Congrats to everyone who PR'd their back squat today! Your hard work and consistency is paying off. Testing will be going on all week so fuel up, get lot's of sleep, stay hydrated, and come ready to push the weight!
