STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING accommodates anyone looking to get fit as well as competitive athletes (ranging from young/recreational to high school, collegiate, and beyond) in reaching their fitness goals. Regardless of age, background, and skill level, Strength & Conditioning classes will help you gain strength and muscle, lose fat, run faster and longer, increase sports performance, coordination, mobility, and flexibility. This program is designed for overall health, fitness, athleticism, and well-being.
BARBELL CLUB is for those who would like to focus solely on Strength training and the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Structured around progressive squat cycles and technical mastery of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, barbell club team training will help you reach your full strength and movement potential. Also an excellent choice for power athletes, barbell club is open to ALL people ranging from novice and recreational lifters to advanced athletes interested in competing in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
POWERLIFTING offers a program built to deliver raw strength. Focused around the Squat, Bench and Deadlift, the 4 day a week powerlifting program is designed to build full body functional power, structural balance and efficient technique. By cycling variations of the major lifts, and hammering weaknesses this program is perfect for beginners and advance athletes alike.
THE ATHLETE HOUR Strength and Conditioning program for Junior High and High School athletes. The Athlete Hour focuses on building the foundational principals of athleticism for young athletes, including strength, agility, power, flexibility, coordination, balance, proprioception, injury prevention and more! Our athletes learn how to safely and effectively use their bodies, and build great confidence in the process.
Monthly Membership Athlete Hour - $85 (Currently Tu/Th 4PM)
PERSONAL PROGRAM DESIGN is for those who are interested in reaching specific goals that go beyond the scope of the general class structure. It is also appropriate for those looking to address personal needs or weaknesses (ie: mobility, flexibility, injury rehab, fat loss, muscle gain, specific athletic performance goals, etc). For an additional fee you may have a program designed specifically for you which may include nutritional consultation, recovery strategies, targeting personal weaknesses, specific athletic or career performance, etc. Personal Program Design is available to gym members as well as satellite/long distance athletes.
STARTER KIT is three 1 hour private introductory sessions in which a trainer will educate new clients on all technical movements that will be performed in classes. These training sessions are designed to prepare new comers for the various programs in order that they feel comfortable with the movements and class structure when they begin group training.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Private 1 on 1, one hour trainings sessions include personal program design based on your personal goals, nutrition consultation, functional movement screen.
DROP IN (limited to those with Starter or Previous S&C experience)-Daily pass for group classes with focus of choice (s&c, oly, powerlifting).
All programs (excluding private training) take place together in small group settings. Clients are always coached through the movements and workouts with a watchful eye by our certified and experienced trainers. Safety is a priority for us and we communicate at length with our clients about physical limitations, previous injuries, and injury prevention techniques. It is also incredibly important to us that our clients reach their fitness goals therefore there is no “random training” in our gym. Each program has a specific progression designed to lead you to success.
